ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The family of an Albuquerque teenager allegedly killed by her boyfriend is joining Crime Stoppers in offering a combined $3,000 reward for information leading to her killer’s capture. The manhunt is underway for 39-year-old Dominic Garcia. In the early hours of Tuesday, Nov. 14, Garcia got into an argument with his girlfriend at a home near Pennsylvania and Hines NE. The victim was 19-year-old Samantha Sandoval of Albuquerque. Witnesses tell police they saw Garcia reverse his silver Volkswagen Passat over Sandoval. Officers arrived to find blood on the rear back bumper and passenger door of the vehicle. Garcia and another male drove Sandoval to the hospital and left. She later died from her injuries.
